Nov to Feb for grades 9 - 12. Winlock High School has practice everyday after school in the high school wrestling room. Free.

Oct to Dec for grades 6 - 8. Winlock High School has practice everyday after school in the high school wrestling room. Free.

Nov to Dec for elementary school age youth (K - 5th). Twin City Wrestling Club membership costs $50 and USA Wrestling membership.

How to Join USA Wrestling
- https://www.usawmembership.com/
- Create a USA Wrestling account by visiting usawmembership.com and clicking on "Create Free Account" an complete the registration with your personal details.
- Setup your profile by navigating to "Manage" > "Profiles" in the top-right menu. Click "Create New Profile" and enter in the required information.
- Purchase an athlete membership by navigating to "Manage" > "Memberships" and selecting "Purchase / Renew Membership." Choose the profile you created, and select "Athlete Membership." Proceed to checkout and complete the payment.

Winlock Wrestling Club
Winlock Wrestling Club has open mat, mainly for freestyle wrestling, every Monday from 6:30 PM to 8:00 PM inside Winlock High School gym (enter through the west-side doors). It is free to join Winlock Wrestling Club, but a USA Membership is required. Read more about Winlock Wrestling Club

Concede Nothing
Concede Nothing Wrestling Club practices in Centralia High School's wrestling room (on the back side of the school) every Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 5:30 to 7:15. Tuesdays are greco. Friday Night Live is every other Friday. Friday Night Live is free to anyone with a USA Wrestling membership, but other practices require a paid membership. Last checked, the cost is $145 and is good through the end of July.
Thunder Mountain
Thunder Mountain Wrestling Club practices in Kelso High School's wrestling room every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:30 to 8:15 PM. Girls-only practices are on Tuesdays. The cost to join is $30/month, and USA Wrestling membership is required.
